Beside the committee members, only 3 voting teams so far. I am entering in a "what's the point ?" kind of mood...

Kinda sad that the Chichester Chimera keeps getting snubbed. Not saying they should get in, at least not yet, but the achievements with that team at least deserve to have them in the conversation.
I don't believe that the Junipers's record should be combined with the Chimera's. They're a different team completely with a completely different team building, drafting and playing style. The teams don't share any records or players. Chimera's are gone and I doubt i'll ever devote the time into RZA the same way I did with that team again. Anyway, my votes are in now, a bit late. I believe that if the HoF was ran between S30 and S40, teams like yours, mystics, Cool-Running or Catamounts would have been inducted already. But during this time, others had greater success and are better known by the current managers.
And thank you for your vote and for those of the two other managers that arrived today. And without giving too much disclosure, this season inductee will not get the spot easily. At lunch, three managers were even tight after 10 votes. |

Wow, I thought they were in... Cool-Running's deserves to be in too. There really is a backlog. How do the Moor's keep getting nominated? Not saying they don't deserve it but if we're talking about retired teams, Cool-Runnings and the Mystics deserve it long before Moor even gets into the conversation. Those teams you mentioned were at the tail end of their best seasons when I first reached SD 1, and anymore, I'm one of the veteran teams. And back then, it was a lot more difficult to reach Elite than it is today, with fewer teams competing. I'm not casting a vote this season as I'm not convinced the current ballot has HoF teams on it, but I'm for a very small HoF |
