When is he actually going to stop tanking then....?
The below is copied from your link from the tanker himself.....saying hes done with tanking on the 7th of May 2017!?!? Its coming up to a whole year in real life and he's still doing it!!!!!! Everybody here thinks (s)he knows my strategy better than me, while they are actually confusing cause and effect. People think that I play a weird depth chart because I want to lose games. Well, guess what, that's not true, the case is that I lose games because I want to play a weird depth chart. Now one does maybe wonder why I want to play a weird depth chart, which is very easy: I have a lot of really good players on my roster (I'm talking about the 50/50 + Track Star kind of player here), all they lack is experience, so what am I obviously going to do? yes, play them as much as possible 
unfortunately I was made aware during the mid of the season that pete invented a max exp limit per game, which was a big nerf for my strategy, but since I've also been busy in real life I wasn't able to make a senseful adjustment and just let things go on as I planned originally. |

HA, you made me laugh. You carry on doing this and within another year IRL all the players you originally tanked to get, will retire...
Why bother playing the game when you are wasting years of you're life going nowhere. Come joint me/or replace me for Season 31 in the Elite league. Good luck next season  |

No reason to beat a dead horse by posting on that thread when Pete isn't interested in fixing it at this time. I've had last season where bots helped me a lot, and I've have many other seasons where I didn't play bots and other teams playing them made things very difficult for me to stay in 1.1. So I do agree with you that we should have stronger bots or teams not going bot until the end of the season, but I don't see it happening anytime soon. In the meantime, I do my best to beat good opponents, trying to build my team to be more competitive each year, and use Match of the Year as tactically as I can to stay in 1.1. So far it's worked, but still waiting to make the next step and have a winning season. A bigger issue is WHY so many teams are going bot recently. I hope a new engine u p d a t e to address unbalanced formations helps keep people playing. Sorry to see you getting pushed down to 2.x, but you were very close to staying. One more season should make your team even better and that much harder to relegate in the future. |

Anyway, congrats to Free Agent Mascots. He's starting to look like the beast that ruled this league in the good old days. Also, congrats to the Taints for moving on up. Good luck to both of you next season!
