Pete,

Check end of the half for this match ID

0:15 Ramón Rubio (K) kicks the ball for the field goal, 56 yard field goal missed
0:08 Norbert Zimmermann (K) kicks the ball for the field goal, 71 yard field goal missed
0:08 Social Distance Runners: José Soares (STBL) is back in the game after his injury
0:02 Ramón Rubio (K) kicks the ball for the field goal, 56 yard field goal missed
0:00 José Soares (K) kicks the ball for the field goal, 71 yard field goal missed

First miss from 56 yards = 7 seconds = OK
Second miss from 71 yards = 6 seconds = OK, assume it went way short
Third miss from 56 yards = 2 seconds = no way, first time 7 seconds
Fourth miss shouldn't happen because third one has to be for longer time

It was the most strange finish of first half I have ever seen, but fourth miss is one more than it should happen.

Same game

Field goal from 22 yards = 2 seconds from the clock
Field goal from 23 yards = 2 seconds from the clock
Field goal from 56 yards = 7 seconds from the clock
Field goal from 71 yards = 6 seconds from the clock
Field goal from 56 yards = 2 (TWO) seconds from the clock
Field goal from 71 yards = don't know how many seconds since it was on 0:00
Field goal from 46 yards = 0 seconds from the clock (last minute 4th quarter)

Yorkshire - TCats game in Elite PO

Field goal from 38 yards = 4 seconds from the clock
Field goal from 44 yards = 4 seconds from the clock
Field goal from 48 yards = 5 seconds from the clock
Field goal from 48 yards = 0 seconds from the clock (3:18 3rd quarter)
Field goal from 44 yards = 4 seconds from the clock
Field goal from 31 yards = 3 seconds from the clock

I always assumed that larger distance takes more time from the clock.
In my game first it was 7 seconds than just 2 seconds from same distance.

But now I see there are 2 FG missed attempts in these games that took 0 seconds from the clock, which you must say it is not real, because after a snap some time must pass.

I can see a rule that like FGs from 15-25 yards are 2 seconds from the clock, 25-35 are 3 seconds, 35-45 are 4 seconds, 45-55 are 5 seconds and so on, which really make sense for how long ball travels.

So right now I can say I see two bugs, one is that one long FG took only two seconds from the clock instead of 6 or 7, second one that there no time elapsed after 2 missed FG which is impossible.

That is how I see it.

Ok, if you say so who am I to complain

Just strange that someone kicks a FG, misses it, offense start from position where kick took place and no time passes.
It must be some vacuum space that stops the clock at that time, cause ball has to travel from long snapper to player who puts it in position, then some time when kicker kicks it towards goal

Even that it was blocked or returned, time must pass.

That is how time works

to be fair: I see one issue, the 0 secs fg. But this was not your complain in the first hand. So, what are you asking for?

Never mind.

I wrote two times that second 56 yards FG took only 2 seconds from game clock and 13 seconds before we had same distance kick that took 7 seconds.

Kick holder hold the ball very strong, kicker couldn't kick (missed whole ball), ball was in holder hands and he got touched by defense (great jump over long snapper just in time when he snapped) making just 2 seconds gone on clock and ball in position where kick should be taken. So we solve that one in that way.
56 yarder 13 seconds before that went wide left and took more time from play clock. We solved that too.

So no problem at all, I watched replay on TV and it make it all clear.
Weird thing, it happens once in like every 300 FG attempts

But, as you said, there must be some time of the clock for each kick.
