The scores of our excellent quarter final win:
QF3: Dragons - Galaxy 1-4 13:45 Chelt Nam Bobbers (D1184) - San Diego Blitz (G1426) 13:17 Brookfield Ukies (D1124) - Wrexham Exiles (G969) 28:30 Girona Dragons (D1034) - Alaskan Fur Trappers (G957) 38:15 Gilets Jaunes (D1024) - Rockford River Rats (G900) 21:52 Godesberg Longhorns (D805) - Leadhills Wanderers (G897) On paper we were the weaker team (despite having the World number one team - SD Blitz) but ELO ratings are more of a long-term strength indicator and are not great predictors of one-off matches. Very clear wins for Blitz and Leadhills. The Trappers and Exiles matches were very close. |

The World Cup thread says they are waiting confirmation from Galaxy about our teams for the semi-finals.
I'm guessing we'd go with the same line-up unless anyone opts out? Exiles definitely want to play. |
