Yes.
But we have no chance to know if the next game engine will be the 2.2.1 or another one, so the scrimmages can be unuseful.
IMHO a choice about the game engine, old or new (next year's engine? Maybe or not) in the scrimmages can be better...

It is the nature of such games that people who invested *time* will have more success tan 5min per week players. I don't believe this is wrong.

That won't work, unfortunately.

And: for sure we will go with the engine from next season for all games. It is the goal to use the changes made...

I understand, but the scrimmages are very useful only when played with the current game engine. If next season you will try a new engine with friendlies, we will have the same problem.

Peter, do you have any issues with having a thread opened where people can post data from their scrimmages in an attempt for the community to research (has to be a better way to word this...sigh.)?

I'd always rather be testing the newest version of the engine so I'll be ready for it when it goes live.
