Well the counter is up to 8.
Week 2 sees the first human vs human action in 2 games: Mean Machine Killers @ Market Drayton Magics Midnight Marauders @ New Zealand Dragons First matchup ... going to go with the Killers in a close one. Looks like a slight edge on D for the Killers vs a slight edge on O for the Magics. And I think chemistry issues likely spell doom for my Marauders, as they take on the Dragons and their excellent QB, Robert McPherson. |

Too late for predictions, I got caught up in the betting game on 1.1.
So a quick review of this week's human on human action! (Ok that sounds dirty ...) 27# Market Drayton Magics (1-2) @ #2 Cork County Stormcloaks (3-0) 21-10 Win, Stormcloaks. Bizarre loss for the Magics, who racked up 405 yards to the Stormcloaks 164. A pair of interception returns for TDs, including a 100 yard mad dash for CB Jonathan Hogan swinging the tide for Cork County. #23 L.E.G.I.O.N.A.R. (1-2) @ #3 Midnight Marauders (3-0) 62-6 Win, Marauders. Marauders went to the air early and often, then bogged the game down in the second half with a mostly ineffective running game. The game was a bit closer than the score indicated with a long interception TD return killing off a promising L.E.G.I.O.N.A.R. drive halfway through the 2nd quarter. The rest ... were vs bots. Well middle of the season, it had dipped back down to around 8 teams - but with the playoffs here - seems we've jumped back up to 16 teams owned. GL to everyone!
