oh no! Why you tell this!

i wanted to have fun one day when i tell everyone how to use things to max possible in my guide

you are right next time i will send all user mail (except peter) and tell

You are big Bandits. Come and join into my team

Now you know why i asked for note field for every player

Its easy to note in field the original position - and every time before training just change them to QB for vision plus

After training it is easy to change back because i have the note field

Turtles may be slow but we are clever

This is overall a good idea! I do not understand how today a player can play QB and tomorrow he can play Safety only because he has the skill trained

In NFL also players change positions but costs time to be effective

The idea was to give the user an easy way to sort their team out right after they joined the game. Maybe it should stay that way for a certain time like 8 weeks and after this, the player receives a morale hit when changing the position. If the morale hit is high enough the user wouldnt be able to gain morale between two trainings.

I don't know how, this way you are saying seems good to me, but it's interesting to penalize this ways of taking advantage of the game. I agree

In my opinion still to low penalty

Sure this is a game but still morale penalty to low - changing position in NFL takes seasons to be good when change from QB to RB or WR or from RB to FB even needs to learn to block and so on

Good idea - needed idea - good to give new managers "security time" to find themselve in the game and make decisions - but then penalty must be harder

agree Turtlemania morale hit is to low it do not matter if you make it 50% morale hit or 100% morale hit to low at my opinion maybe player refuse to train for 1-3 weeks

Why not just make every player benefit from vision in that facility instead of only the QB, sounds like easiest way to do it..

I think the penalty is too low as well, actually
As I don't have suggestions, I didn't say anything before

What about a PC penalty? Or even the combination of both we are talking about right now.

Something that need player 1/3 to 1/2 season to get back to full power i think would be somehow realistic but also fine because is a game.

Good idea of combination of morale & team chemistry

team chemistry is logical because of new position he needs to find new time his place in the team

I think it should be a time frame from when you get a player to make the change. So if you pick someone up off the transfer market you have the flexibility to make a change in a set time.

Another option is to have a one time change available without penalty for each player. That would derail the switching back and forth for training but still allow flexibility to change roster. If this was the option I would include a pop up box asking if the manager is sure they want to carry out this action.
