would it be odd if i just kept 12 players? last year had 70 on my roster (i do like it full) and lost $ 55 mil. this year i kept 55 and only lost $19 mil. so far. so i figure if i keep my 12 lowest paid players i can net a mill or so. i have no idea what happened to the payroll. it went nuts last year. i had a second stringer making 27 thou a week now he wants 409 thou a week. as a back up. i must have sold 12 players so far . any one on my team wanting more than $100,000 a week GONE!!

The wrong training plan. Keep your players under 40 at the non physical skills.

Keep the playerskills balanced

So for example, its better/cheaper to have a player (lets say a OL) with vis, pos, blo, ftw all at 34 then vis, pos, ftw at 30 and blo at 46

Also you have minimum player limit. 35 I believe.

But yes, salaries are to be kept under control through managing training. Also Agility is a salaried skill. Something I took many seasons to realise (and failing to understand why wages were ballooning out control)
