I know we have already discussed about a similar idea on another thread.

My suggestion is way more simple. I just want to set a team captain because it is cool to see it in a players list. Maybe the same system as in NFL could de adopted (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Football_League_team_captains) to include a new gold star every season the player is set as team captain. No intention to make it influence the game engine in anyway.

Somebody else thinks it is a fancy idea?
