It is a shame. Seems google was wiping away control mechanism for this. Earlier, you could limit the ads in their size and behavior. The only thing I found was what did a few days ago. If this was not solving the situation, I have no real idea. Let me doublecheck during the upcoming week, if I can find any further settings on that. Friendly reminders welcome, my time during the next few weeks is quite limited.

Yesterday, my local Football team achieved Playoffs homefield advantage in a nailbitter game against the 3rd placed team in the German Football league. This moves away another weekend from the spare time account. Yes, I am very happy about this fact.
