Too much difference in level, right?
Relatively easy on Claymore 1 and extremely difficult on Elite. In regular league, the play off's are another universe. Good luck hotel!

Huge difference in level...after 30+ seasons playing RZA I should have figured out the Elite secret sauce by now.
Is it just Better Players? Matrix Playbook? High player Ratings? What about Experience? And how to control those spiraling Player Salaries? The beauty of the game is in all the complexity, multiple factors... |

I agree, multiple factors influence the final result. But I think that a deep wage & training management is a very important part of this result.

I'd definitely agree its a matter of mastering the complexity.
As far as wages go, I've been beating teams with double my salary, there's so much more to it than just buying the best players and having a deep pocket book. Also, no joke, Claymore used to be the cellar of the Elite league. I got demoted after an 8-8 record a couple seasons ago. Last season, Stockport had an 8-8 record and got demoted, while Bonnyrig was 6-10 and placed last in the Claymore division just to reiterate how strong it is from top to bottom. 3 seasons ago Suchdol (8-8) and Bonnyrig (6-10) got demoted. It's been several years now that Elite has demoted some very formidable Claymore teams. |
