On the transfer market, whenever there's another bid on a player I bidded on, and I bid higher, it says they did that number and that I have to do it higher, For instance, I bid $5,000, and another person bids 5,001. I then bid $5,002, but it says they bidded 5,002 and that I have to bid higher.
What's happening here!?

There is no bug here as the Transfer Market works like ebay where a manager will put in a bid up to the value he feels he can either afford or the value he feels the player is worth, so you could be looking at a manager that may have put a bid of 2 or 3 million on the player and that will counteract any lower bid made on the player.
