I promoted two players and one showed up in senior team and the other did not. I checked roster history and this is what it says:
 Source: https://i.imgur.com/xyuITXL.png I did not even see this player in my squad let alone offer him a contract. Rated high as it is almost season roll over and that might affect Pete's ability to retrieve the player. |

Also,another weird thing I believe: the other playerwas a QB, I am pretty sure as I have best coach there but he showed up in senior squad as a LB. But I might be wrong about that.

There is only one way to create this cancel statement, in the whole game. It is the cancel contract button in the player details. I guess you just confused players, could that be?

I haven't fired a player for a long time and the time stamp is on the same day. I did it actually just promote these players and then logged off again. I just tested it with the player I just pulled. Put him in YA and promoted him. The page reloads on the YA and not the player page so this confirms to me 100% there is not a chance that I accidentally canceled contract. I actually found out today as I got reminder that I had out of contract players. I had completely forgot myself about offering them a contract. Very strange. Can you see the time stamps of the two events in my screenshot. I feel like they have to be 1 sec apart or sth of this was done by a system error instead of a user error. I just looked in my brower history and you can actually see that the last thing I did was visit YA and no visits after that on 26th april. I agree with you. I see the timestamps are two hours before my time zone and I do see page in history for Jesse Jaarsma on 27th but would be 26th on RZA. It was in middle of night for me and I did check all training for players then so must have clicked wrong button!?
Conclusion: user error. Still weird I can't remember it, must have been an accident. Thanks for digging into this Pete!   |
