Does anyone have an example of a play were the "Long Carrying" special trait is triggered? What's it look like?

Long carrying
This ability gives a 5% bonus on long distance carrying the ball for HB, FB, WR, TE and KR I'm understanding the following: If player with one of these positions holds the ball(from a pass or in a run) for more then distance X, his carrying skil get's a boost of 5%. Did you ever see an example of a different trait going into effect in the gamecenter? To Pete: Is distance X the question and if so; what the answer is to it ? It is distance to goalline, and it is not a hard factor. You will not see it in the playbyplay.

So you're saying to it might kick in if you're at your 20 yard line, but if its a Goal Line situation, then not so much?
It seems like there are fewer Long Carry players than say Track Stars - - perhaps because there are fewer positions that would benefit from the trait. Thanks, Steve SD Blitz |

I saw the Long Distance trait quite a few times in the draft so searched for it in the Forums (like the good forum user I am
 ) and I have one more question:
Is Long Distance triggered on any play on a certain distance from goal? Or only if the ball is traveling over a certain number of yards? |
