Curious as to the quality of players teams are promoting to their senior squad from their youth academy. I have a premium academy and this seasons best, probably one of my top 10 overall is :
Age 20 Str 43.7 Sp 50.0 Ag 32.8 3 skills @ 32.0 - 33.2 Int 50, TW 45 Tal 4.5, Ex 3.5 No trait. |

The combo 50 INT - 45 TW is extremely rare. Having it with a 50 physical is even more of a miracle. Well done!
Most of my graduate are above 35 in both INT and TW. Ideally over 40 in INT. They also have at least on physical at 48+ and 4 skills over 29 (with no extra point). I usually use the extra points on young players I buy on the market. |
