"Players have capped abilities on speed, strength and agility. If they hit the cap already, the training will be slowed down. The player can make progress, but it will be really, really hard for him. "
e.g. a 20 Years old YA member got a cap at 48.2 Speed. Normal training would get him ~1.0 points in speed when its not capped. Does someone has some expiriance with this? How slow is the training and how high can a player go? |

How slow is the training and how high can a player go? Player can go all the way to 50 in strength and speed. I haven't try agility for that long. In my experience it takes two trainings at 90% physicals for each 0.1 in str or spe with coach of 80 points and age is between 17-22 (and it is good to have teamwork at least 35) As player gets older it takes 3 or 4 trainings for 0.1 So for that player it will take season and a half to get him to 50. I've done this a few times to get a player near 50 to 50. I honestly don't know if that last 0.2 in strength or speed makes any difference or it's a total vanity thing.
I've seen youth players pop 0.1 in a week, but it's mostly in the 2-3 week time frame. Steve SD Blitz |

I do this to keep player costs down. As their skills reach the level I want for that age, I start using more training on red capped physicals figuring it's better than do nothing
