Recap:
- Hire a 20 level Scout - Never scout your own player again( the scout is working for you so you will see everything you want to know about your own players) -Scout TM players(not yours) or other teams players to find the Talent( 2 stars Talent= 41 max non-physicals skill cap, half star will increase the cap by 1.5, 5 stars=50 skill) and the Traits(if any) -The 3 physical skills STR, SPE and AGI do have hidden caps( the only way to see the caps is to own the player, have a 20 level scout and train the player till you find those hidden caps) .... ok, you might ask the owner of the player for those caps but you need to trust him.... - For Draft players just download the draft player list to find Talent, Trait plus other info(scouting will work too but to compare players is very difficult after, up to you).... the physicals skills are still hidden and to find them you need to draft the player and train him till the caps are shown |

Thank you! And sorry all for my wrong remark about traits when scouting TM. I was sure they don't show, and apparently I was WRONG. Once again - sorry.
