In the real world obviously it's separate, guards are guards, centers are centers etc. But here it's just OL or DL. so is there any difference between who I put on the depth chart or differences in needed skills between the positions? Do I just shove all of them into my depth chart across all the OL/DL positions and let it sort it out automatically?

regarding OL...as long as the player is assigned as OL position, you can put him at T or G or C and he will NOT incur any "out of position" penalty. in terms of skills all OL need STR. I like mine with TW...maybe the faster ones put at T. the smarter one put at C. etc...
search the forums and read the Jack6 guide for better/more thorough information good luck ![]() |

I would advise you to take a look at Jack6's RZA Guide, which can be found under Home->Blog.
Everything is explained really well there. |

A lot of things are a lot of different in RZA and there are teams that have great results even being far far far away from advices given in that guide. Ok, it is a guide that can help you start building your team, but guide needs to be rewritten in a lot of segments. |

Yes RZA is not the same game anymore, as a return player you would find it has been made better on the Football side- My idea OL skill blocking high as a T and strong as a C |
