here we go again.
Season 32 is there. First time since ages we have several BOTs already at Season start, including newly fallen BOT Elite returner Bourbon Street Brawlers. That means of the Elite returners only the Panthers are back. Therefore AC North, AC West, NC North and NC West will have some win Advantage and of cause all divisions playing those divisions. Not nice, but the amount of Players is decreasing, so it was only a matter of time. Crunch time will be the Playoffs (if reached) and then the real contenders will rise. I hope we have some great developments, my Team is in quite good shape with almost no losses. I have to sort some guys out in Addition to cut costs and to Keep the roster in good shape, but Overall this should be a good Season for me. Good luck to you all! PS: Don't Forget to spend big time in the media Center, the more the better. It's already over 50% so any dime is PROFIT! And the biggest cash in Comes on WEDNESDAY, so better pledge today or tomorrow. |

It is a shame to see so many bots at the start of the season. Let's hope that things that have been done and been suggested will be able to help retain players.
As for the Media Centre I have pledged the full amount. Everyone should do so as it is impossible to lose money and the more that pledge then the more that is made. As for my team I have reduced my squad size to 63 to save money and to allow me to begin to focus on the future. I think this season will be one of consolidation as the 35 or so players that I signed at the start of last season begin to gel and improve. I expect the divisional title to be closely fought again but hope we will be able to step up and take it back. |

Yeah it is a shame about the decreasing numbers, but such is life.
My team is going through stage 2 of the rebuild, I had to sign some youth players as I was down to 40 players. So its time to spend the 500 million I got in the bank on the transfer market. 
I need to redo my playbook too, the experiment of using no shotgun formations didn't work, it's time to put them back in, so be warned, I'm going vertical.

I lost a couple key players on my OL and DL, but youth picks have actually improved my OL to 3% higher than last season based on my scrimmage results. Now to shore up the secondary and DL a bit more and I will feel like I have made some much needed improvements.

Just for clarity some of my squad reduction (four) was due to retirements, the other three were players whose contracts I decided not to renew.
I am hoping that the remaining players, some from the YA, will be able to cover the gaps and keep me equally competitive this season. I need to drastically reduce my wages bill which was inflated by having to go to the TM to replace 50% of my team last season end. As I had to get the players I had no choice over transfer value/wages. I need to 'take back control' (famous last words!) |

Annnnd I'm back!
It's said that teams learn about themselves from losing, and I learned a lot last season.  I'm still trying to figure out what's keeping me from closing the gap between my team and at least half of the Elite level teams.
My starting QB, TE, and one of my starting guards retired and I'm not sure that their replacements are ready for prime time - especially the guard.  Last edited on 2018-10-24 02:22:19 by dpierce |

My squad remains nearly the same as last season. I successfully extended contracts with all the guys I wanted to keep. Some got fired as their salaries would've been too high and they weren't that important anyway. I promoted a promising youngster from my YA and hope to get 3 good draftees (1st one was #2 in my draftorder, so I got it going for me).
I suppose it will be another interesting season in AC East with 3 teams fighting for title and playoffs spots, but not underestimating Steelers who also have potential to have a .500 percentage in regular season. |

Got my top draft picks so far, a solid QB for the future and a solid SF to shore up the pass defense. Not sure what to go for in the final round, but I am happy with what I was able to do with my picks so far.

Picked up two defensive players. The first has 50 INT but unknown stats; the second has low INT but 50/49.8 stats.
In the 3rd no idea what will be left but I've sorted out players that I do not want! |

I landed my 1st, 7th, and 11th rated picks in the draft. Both the INT and talent levels are high for each player, but the max physical numbers are unknown for two of them.
