Some great names in this draft - Rothlisberger, Ye (/The) Jew, The Sun (Sun The), Thong-(o)on, an Aladdin, Passmore, "Mads" Mikkelsen, "Omar" Sharif, "Is" Gut, "Quick" Hooks...and Neil Byrne (can't all be fun). Good times.
The Draft - pretty happy with this one. 1st round: Landed my 6th overall player at 24, 22-yo with 50 STR/50 SPD DL with Fearsome who I'm moving to FB because I only had one player in my backfield (seriously) and plenty linemen. I quite like the idea of a maxed physicals back. 2nd round: Landed my 11th overall player at 56, 20-yo with 47.7 STR/47.3 SPD (both red) DL with Sure Tackler. Keeping him at DL though originally I thought I'd move him to FB and not my 1st rounder. 3rd round: Landed my 35th overall player at 88, 21-yo WR with 36.5 uncapped STR and 46.3 (maxed) SPD. Moving him to DL for now but he could end up somewhere else depending on need and where his STR caps. |

Despite an ugly friendly by TTF against and slightly weaker opponent, these are Passmore's first game stats:
30/38 (79%) completed passes for 253 yards and a TD. 0 Interceptions and avoided getting sacked. 2 runs for 7 yards. Pass Rating: 103.18 Takeaways from that game: Think he has to pass more. |

I think it’s a sign I’m done with the game when I log back in, after missing the offseason, to find I have exactly ONE O-lineman!
Its been a fun 6 yrs playing this. Ive tried to remain a mostly wishbone/flexbone team, pass heavy, its been a challenge. Thanks Pete for using my flexbone graphic in the manual! I’ll probably log in occasionally to keep acct active. Rock on Admirals!!  |
