Just to get to the actual point now that I have a bit more time to type I disagree with the idea that it's impossible to break a team's winning streak in Elite. For a start OC and WW both arrived in Elite late so they had to take the place of previous dominating teams to get where they are now, SDB, FAM, Landru, Black Dragons, MSS, Styrian Bears, Leeds and Stone Mtn Hawks dominated the Elite for several seasons before WW and OC could take their spot. Now we are seeing Yellowcakes starting to break in and other contenders like Chelt Nam or the Lions making PO appearances consistently so it has been possible for a long time and still is possible to reach the top, it just takes better management skills than I have

The Discussion is going in a direction like if I had something against WW & OC. Not at all.
I am not a capricious child since ages. I was talking on paper. It seems to me evident that allow the two best RZA teams playing on a tournament without contenders is unusefull and unfair because the money that they got are not at disposal for the teams in rebuilding phase just promoted on L1 and to the ones that are just promoted in Elite namely their new contenders. This create also a big unbalance in resources. Answers like WW or OC would win anyway or having money at disposal is not so important are simply a non sense. I think, there may be a simple solution to solve the economical issues.
I already proposed to change the wage curve of the players. Currently it doesn't make sense to have 5 star talent players and train them to the edge as the improved performance isn't worth the money. In combination with lower salaries for fhighly trained players, the income from games could be heavyliy reduced, so that playing much more games does't give you many extra millions |

This would reduce the amount of money with the same proportion for everybody but do not change anything about how the money are distributed.
