I got your point.
I think you got mine.
money are not an issue if you have it enough

Well, let's accept that it's not just money. Money is equal at the level of well trained players in their positions. A level 45 player costs about $ 225,000 per week. Make numbers and we will see how much comes out. Huge.

Okay, it's not just money. Playbook? Well, someone explain to me how to make my team have averages of +80 in offense, defense and specials without having +45 level players.

A good contract management? Get a level 48 player to earn as a level 40?...

Contract management for sure is important.
Player experience is another huge factor in my opinion.
A +45 player level with exp=3 costs quite the same of a exp=5 but his performance are totally different and also the team overall is affected.

I think money is needed to bring the team to a competitive level and to maintain it at that level as long as possible, and not to win ...
but I think I was not able to explain my point till now.

WW got to Elite without much money at all, everything he has now he's earned while being at the top after taking over previous top teams that had more money than him. If he could do it because of great management skills it means it can still be done now and the problem isn't with how the money is distributed in the game but what managers do with it.

My opinion is that it is almost impossible to maintain a team like WW, SDB or OC without having many millions in the box. Assume that each season you will lose a few millions if you want to maintain a top level. And when they are finished, you must start over from the beginning.

I usually make a little money every season...so I'm able to keep going and going and going. I do watch expenses and spending, so it isn't easy.

There have been a few people that are less disciplined with salaries and then either can't maintain it or they decide to tank. Tanking has it own issues...like maybe it's not that easy to get back to the top.

I think I got your point.
I would have rather your answer were like

"Despite RZA rules allows the two elite bowl contenders playing in CoC the next season the unbalance that this create in the long run in my opinion doesn't preclude the possibility that new managers can be successful as well"

I have not yet a personal opinion and this is the reason why I asked yours in this post.

Instead seems I pointed out that WW and OC are at the top because they are practically playing every season in CoC.
And this is not true as I wrote in my very very first statement.

My personal experiece againt WW and OC says that even a common mortal like me that started playing in very late S28 in S33 when they were already both become a legend, in CoC had been able to challenge them.
This season I lost by four against OC in the divisional match I have not been massacred.
Instead I was outplayed by Pete by 9 point in CoC what a shame!!
This is not the point.

I am not saying that it is too late to replace WW or OC at the top.
Sooner or later a new hero will come for sure.

In order to have fun I think balanced tournaments are needed.
This rule doesn't seem to me going in that direction.

Now I apologise to have rivitalized too much the Elite league forum
I stop before to be forced to abjure like Galileo.

Yes, it looks like you might be able to challenge OC for a Bowl participation yourself and if you do beat him then you get to go to the CoC and get a bit of extra money the following season, if you can be consistent then you'll take OC's spot and be a regular in the CoC, good luck
