well due to inactivity on my part, I lost the majority of my team.
The plus side: I needed to completely rebuild the team and it would happen sooner or later. The down side: I likely will lose most of my games on the year, barring some surprise wins. The ugly side: This will mark yet another season in which I fail to take my division (and my first losing season in over 10 seasons) |

I've got my #3 pick. He's a QB with an uncapped strength and 2 traits. I've been looking for another one, but this one may be even better.
I still have 11 guys on my list, but I'll have to expand it a bit. |

So I just went crazy picking up players on the TM just to get a team together (I had a squad of about 30). I spent a lot of money and paid what I would normally not do in order to get players. Wages were higher than I would have liked but I did not suffer as much as I thought I would. Then last season I forgot to promote my YA guys before the end of season - ouch! But I've done ok and am now in a good position. I think my wages bill is quite high but it will start to come down now. I have cut the squad number to about 60 and will be able to get rid of/retire some of the more expensive players. I still have lots of cash anyway. Best of luck to you! |

Well my random (sorted by age) draft pick got me a 19yo CB with 50 Speed. So I can't complain.

I got a player with 50 speed and ball stripper trait, so cool with that.
My draft list is down to about 6 players that i would like, after that, its just random. Gatorfan1, just wait until Friday then try to get as many draft picks that are up for sale, with a little bit of luck you can get them real cheap. I brought a 23 safety with 50 spd, 50 int and fearsome trait for less than £3 mill and a 22 DL with 50 spd, 50 str and sure tackler trait for less than £12 mil, just need to spend time looking. I did hear this on the Florida local tv channel WKMCL
we have heard that the Florida Gators are going to have open tryouts after the owner gatorfan1 failed to sign new contracts for the majority of the players. The fans have been waiting outside the stadium in their hundreds waiting for the gates to open. Our reporter Chuck Fleming is speaking to some fans now....Chuck...."hi, here is Bubba Junior who is waiting for the open tryouts.... Bubba do you think you can make the team ? Yeah, Chuck i am in the peak of fitness after leaving high school 10 years ago, I haven't had a job and I have been driving to the local bar every day. Happy with my pick, 4th on my list. 49/50 FB, 4* XP, high int, Slippery, really his average teamwork is the lone flaw. As long as one of Warden + Suarez hangs on and they don't both retire at once, should be in good shape moving forward now.
