It pains me to watch it back - my Covid spread! I spent 8 years training to get myself in shape, all undone by this damn virus...
(No, I haven't had it - it's caused my Judo training to be cancelled. I got my 1st Dan last year fighting at 73 kgs, now I'm closer to 80!) |
