We have quite a few in our league even, the Coyotes have Azat Akhmedov and I have Timothy Hurst, just the ones I can specifically name. Last year's Dragons 2 draft also had one guy, went #1 overall, then the team went bot right after. I'm still waiting for him to pop up on the TM as a free agent. |

I had an idea they were around, as the draft sheet has up to 5 trait rows, but i always delete the 3-5 rows as there is nothing there

I hope he gives me a lot of joy in the future. But I have a doubt: one trait is Sticky Fingers, but in two games he has already had 8 drops  In catching he has 28.9 right now. Isn't 8 drops too many?
I hope it was a fluke and it's not a trend in the future.... |

Look at your other WR Hasim Yousif, he has catching 35.4 and only 2 drops so far.

I hope it was a fluke and it's not a trend in the future.... Can the skill of the CB also impact, I don't know but would expect a top cover man would create more pressure on receiver? However, if just drafted, Team Chemistry will not be optimal, right?. My (limited) experience says this hurts a single players performance significantly. I wait until TC is at least close to 90% (100% preferred) before making a first team starter - I use special team spots to grow TC (also not brilliant, but need some game time to grow TC or will never rise). Anyone else thinking same, or am me wrong? I have WR's with 40+ catching and they sometimes act like the ball is covered in butter anyway, so also worth not over-react to drop number in 1-2 individual games! 
Also WR1 + WR2 likely get most catch attempts, so as a % 8 drops in 2 matches might not be too bad if seeing a lot of ball time (of course less drops welcome!). Many factors to consider makes our lives difficult, no?!  Last edited on 2021-02-18 19:08:23 by CafeWarrior |
