With the mostly useless transfer market selling of high skill veteran players it might help by capping the starting bid at 1,000,000 instead of 2,500.00.

I like the idea. Players with 30 yo or more should have a lower starting bid. Buying a veteran is a high risk indeed but at 2.5m is absolutely non viable.

Huge from me. The veterans are almost unsellable now.

It could somehow help a bit ... but most of the time mine main concern about veterans are their wages...

I agree. Top wages need to be reduced a bit too.

I like the fact that you have to decide how much to train players. That tradeoff of skill vs maintaining wages is one of the most appealing aspects of RZA to me and I personally would not like to see wages reduced.

I see a relation between transfer bids and player age. But can not see the same when relating the wages and age. It is simply a matter of skills. I do not think it is fair to pay much less for a high skilled player just because he is older. And noticed that skills do not drop so there is no reason to cut the wages.

If that was lowered I think the non retirement fee, that cost to keep the player from retiring, should be lowered too.
