Hi....I put my Facility Manager from level 20 to level 1 two financial updates ago and yet I was still charged $520,000 automatically on both updates and when I manually paid to repair my stadium I was charged ontop of that.

All of us pay 520.000 each u p d a t e for Stadium maintenance, that is a fee that you pay depending on how many seats you have (520.000 is for max stadium). Think of that as a electricity bill, water bills, wages for mascots, cheerleaders, staff that clean stadium, polishing materials, security... Repairing stadium is something different and you payed for that when repairing it from 96% to 100%.
