Is there some range of plays it takes that has been identified as the amount to move the experience up half a star?

Does a WR's blocking affect the gameplay, or is that a skill that wouldn't help my WR and therefore my team? Put another way, is it worthwhile to train Blocking on my WR's. Obviously this would be in the late stages of training, after all A and B skills are trained. Thanks!

Otherwise there is no use of blocking for WR position. |

I'm sure the question I am about to ask, was asked many times. And that at some point I will find the answer in one of the 2 guides I am reading. But I'm a slow reader, plus RL doesn't want to wait with its silly "get back to work", "can we go and do some shopping today, honey?", etc etc, even when I'm reading something really important there .
So without any further ado: Do I need an HC at all, if for the next N weeks I'm gonna train my players _physicals exclusively_? Based on what I have read so far, the HC's only function is as the upper limit for AC's. But in the coaches market menu there is no any "physical" type! So my conclusion is that one of the following is true: a) the guides are wrong (yeah, and the Earth is flat. Next!) b) My English command is bad (Reasonable, but I have to neglect this one, because in that case even if I get answers it is likely I won't understand them - catch 22) c) I haven't gotten in my reading of the guides to the part, which says that training of physicals is affected by some/all of the "position" AC's (say, STR by DL/OL coaches, etc) d) The answer to my question is "yes, you don't need the HC yet" My personal preference would be "d", because right now my priority is stadium, not extra spending ps. e) ..... The HC does really only effect the upper limit of the AC regarding training. The first thing you have to ask yourself is, 'do I want to inclease the training speed, now, and can I afford it?' The process is, you need an HC for AC. You need an AC for a certain position to train the player in certain skills. Each AC has certain skills the do support. They all support physical condition, which is part of the physical training (Speed, Strength, Agility and Physical Condition). But an (or many) AC(s) do cost money and the HC also on top. Since it is essential to have a specific income to support the stadium build to max, it does not make sense to start too early with coaches. A regular coach setup costs between 800K and several millions, average is roughly 1.5 million. So you need per u p d a t e at least that amount as plus, better much more. You can get away for the start with some tricky adjustment, putting your whole roster on those positions, which do support a lot of players (like Liners) and hire only those ACs and a HC to start training and still save some money. But that works only in the free switch phase of the players. IF you start training, your progress on physical condition will be roughly double or more compared to no AC. Then, if you like, train SPE and STR, but be aware that OL-ACs do not support SPE. EDIT: to make it short: it's d) Last edited on 2022-07-28 13:03:09 by jack6 |

Thanks, Captain!
I think it's actually e), based on Your reply above. I have read in your guide (it's one of the 2 I'm reading, both are Excellent!) most of what you point out above. But I didn't get one important detail: coaches affect _position_, NOT _skills_ . I mean, in a rush to spend the dollars I don't have too many, I thought, ok, so the DL coach helps training DL skills, tackle etc. But I thought - that coach helps ALL players train these skills! Now I think I finally got it right - DL coach helps DL position players training all skills they need. All their necessary skills - they don't need another coach to help them with vision for example. And at the same time - they help ONLY DL players. My kicker interested in learning how to become a DL one day, will be disappointed to find out, he won't be helped. Find your own coach, pal! (Special teams coach, I suppose). Did I get it right this time? EDIT: If I'm right, that explains why it's so important to remember of the limit of the number of players a single coach can help. Because otherwise to train physicals it would be enough to hire an HC and just one AC (of any type!). I'll read carefully that part of your guide before I start repositioning my entire roster And armed with your reply above, it will be really helpful to carefully analyse the paths I can take with choosing coaches (those explained in detail one by one in your guide). Especially now, when I can reposition back and forth the entire team for a few weeks (I have started in RZA just a few days ago), it can be really advantageous! Thanks again! Which trains faster? My Cornerback training Catching without a supporting AC, or making him a SF and training him in Catching without a supporting AC? Or is it the same since in neither situation do i have a supporting AC? Thanks!
