You won't ever hear me complain about anyone's English skills, since my French/Spanish/Italian/Dutch/German/Whatever skills are so much worse!!!
I'm seeing lots of the top Claymore 1:1 managers here...kinda proves there is a correlation between Forum surfing and success..... |

Hi fellas... I was fortunate enough to acquire a copy of the Football Rankulator, and have loaded all 1.1 leagues, schedules, and scores and have available your league rankings...
I will tell you that I wanted to keep it simple, so only used the following criteria... Winning % - 30% MOV (Margin of Victory) - 10% - Hopfully this equalizes the blowouts. SOS (Strength of Schedule) - 60% - This compensates some for playing only BOTs... Also, this only league games... Now let the arguments begin... Your win % ranking which is #1 X .3 (30%) = .3 Your MOV ranking which is #2 X .1 (10%) = .2 Your SOS ranking which is #28 X .6 = 16.8 Your avg rank is 17.3 Your points assigned for win % at #1 is 100 X.3 = 30 Your points assigned for MOV at #2 is 73.83 X.1 = 7.83 Your points assigned for SOS at #28 is 72.67 X .6 = 43.603 Your total points for ranking system is 80.98 Seems odd that the number 2 guy in MOV only gets 73.83, but Cimice is crushing dudes at about a 26 point avg difference greater than you even... It probably will flip when we all have the same amount of games played... Remember not everyone has played 8 games yet... Standings are sure to move some throughout the season as your SOS changes up and down also... |
