Do I understand correctly that youth academy players will gain a half star of experience every season? If that's true, if I hire a youth academy player near the end of the season, for example right now, will he still receive a half star when next season starts? Thanks! Not sure you get 1/2 star over a season without the premium. With premium, yes, for sure it's about 1/2 star. But it's a slow process, not a now-you-get-it-transaction. The star is only a visual presentation of a value. Let's assume it's a value between 0 and 50 with 0 = lowest, 50 = highest, you have roughly 10 points per star, but with rounding stuff going on, so 40 = 4 stars for sure, but also 39 and 41. At some point it's 3,5 stars and 4,5 stars, likely something like 33 to 37 = 3,5 starts, 38 to 42 = 4 stars, 43 to 47 = 4,5 stars Why I'm saying this? With that math you gain roughly 5 points per season on EXP with premium YA, with 24 training cycles it's roughly 0.2 points per training. Means, hiring now a youth player, you only gain a fraction. That could lead to 1/2 star in presentation, but only because it was close the rounding gap. I hope that's understandable. |

I find premium YA players get a half star EXP every 25 trainings (so just short of a half star per season, assuming no injuries)

Based on everything I've recorded, a YA player accumulates EXP at the same rate while in a premium academy, that being 0.02 stars per training

Just asking for my friend I think, no exp gain in the regular one. That was one of the main reasons to get a premium. Last edited on 2021-10-15 16:52:26 by jack6 |

Just asking for my friend I think, no exp gain in the regular one. That was one of the main reasons to get a premium. Manual says: The highest level of your Youth Academy will give your Youngsters a boost in Team Chemistry and Experience at the Training. ...... The Premium Academy does not change numbers on the tickets to transfer Youngsters to your Senior team, but it opens some more possibilities for your Youngsters. Your Youngsters will go on the road and play Scrimmage games, and your Youngsters will face a more intense training with your Coaching Staff. This means, your Youngsters can add more to their Experience and Team Chemistry than without the Premium Academy - at a significant level. So Premium gives you more experience at a significant level. But highest level of Youth academy also gives experience. |

There is for sure a gain in the none premium one. I think I remember reading somewhere about a 20% difference.
