If you pull 16 years old with 1.5* of exp he will have 2.5* and a bit more when he has to be transfered to senior team. From my point of view YA is a must because you will get like 2-3 players per season for your first team, if you have 12 millions extra to spare per season then upgrade it to the premiu, if you don't roll with what you can afford. I pulled two 16 years old this season that alrrady maxed speed at 50 without extra training. So 4 seasons for them to train primary skills and get their exp to 3* when they will be 20. Plus the excitement (lottery) to pull 2 players each real week is something that you don't want to miss 😀😀😀 |

OK, interesting, forgot that exp gain it seems.
Regardig MUST or NO MUST it's tricky, since that money you could use to boost you average level of team strength a bit, which makes you in theory win more games. On the other hand those players have less exp, or need longer to gain the max. |

I'm curious as to what you guys think? I drew an 18yo youth academy player who has 42 STR and 50 SPEED, 50 INTELLIGENCE and SLIPPERY trait. Would you rather use his SLIPPERY trait and make him a WR or make him a CB/FS because of his 50 INTELLIGENCE? Thanks.

If I am already good on WR, I would go for CB. But INT does not hurt at any position. I also prefer to have more depth at WR.

For me 50 Intelligence is a deciding factor. I'd place him at FS or OLB, but, as Kanar said, I'd also consider which positions lack depth/talent.

When a player gains an extra half star of experience due to accumulating enough plays, does that half star appear at the end or start of the season, or can it appear anytime throughout the season? Thanks!
