Does anyone train Footwork on players other then Offensive or Defensive Line? This is assuming the player is mostly or completely finished with their primary training categories. For instance, A CB whom is mostly trained in Tackling, Vision and Catching. Or a RB who has finished his main categories? Maybe a QB too? Just curious what others thought, thanks!

Yep, on defence, the closer to the line, the more footwork needed, I'm sure Pete confirmed this once, somewhere

I've not got round to training footwork for these as I go Vision, Positioning then Tackling before I'd get to Footwork

It's not really clear, who do profit from footwork, not even clear for TE.

I have several players outside the lines having quite high footwork values, thanks to garbage training, but I did not see any change on their performance or on the team performance at all.

Around the time I first joined RZA, about 5 or 6 seasons ago, I faintly remember reading about a....program, or some kind of aid in evaluating an opposing teams playbook. This season is the first season where my team is actually a little competitive, with a shot at the playoffs, so I find myself checking out an upcoming opponents recently played games. I don't have any aids or programs, I just go look at a few on my opponents recent league games, going to results and checking out what type of plays my opponent favors, particularly on 1st and 10. Just looking for any obvious tendencies that I can game plan for. I try to do the same on defense. I'll also look at a few different games to see if my opponent uses multiple playbooks, which makes things much more difficult to game plan for. I'm actually hoping there is no such program or aid, but I figure I should know if its out and being used by other players, and if that's the case maybe I should too. Any info on this and/or about scouting opponents in general would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I think a couple managers in the past had created their own analysis systems compiling data using spread sheets.

That could have been it. Like I said, I faintly/barely remember it. I thought there was a link to something, with instructions on how to fill in the info. Though I may be confusing this with a different sports management game. You guys would probably know about it if there was one out there so that's probably it. Thanks.
