Bracciano Lakers Make Big Splash, mystics Go Home With Sad Soup

Ah, my friends, in YashinDome was Supercup Playoffs night, very loud, very shiny, and 143583 visitors was watching like seagulls on hot sausage. Spikey Cleats - Eating turf since 1977 was sponsor, so maybe grass was afraid also. Experts before game say maybe away team mystics is winning, but experts drink wrong tea, because Bracciano Lakers come with big boots and many angry tackles.
First quarter start with mystics receiving, but early football was like drunk taxi: punt here, incomplete there, everybody honking. Mantas Lyba of Bracciano Lakers moved ball nice, then threw bad gift to Elias Masterson, who take interception and run 42 yards like he stole hotel towel. Later Milford Glynn dropped ball from his hands, and Basil Usher recovered for mystics. From this mess, mystics made first big strike: Alonso Morrell punched in from the doorstep, and Rhett Settle added PAT. Bracciano Lakers answer strong, with Lyba finding Garry Denning for a 20-yard touchdown, and Fausto Internò making PAT good. Very nice, very chaos.
Second quarter was more grinding, more punting, more men falling on other men. Carl Gage got twisted knee, went out, then came back, like Russian uncle leaving wedding and returning with accordion. Lyba then threw another bad potato, this time Ty Webster grabbed interception and returned 22 yards. mystics used the short field, Shichiro Kawashima hit Howard Miranda for 20-yard touchdown, and Settle kicked PAT good. Before halftime Bracciano Lakers drove careful with catches by Pasquale La Rosa, Rondall Martin, Garry Denning, and others, then Internò kicked a 24-yard field goal. Not beautiful like ballet, but effective like shovel.
After break, Bracciano Lakers started playing like they found secret vodka in locker room. Long drive, Kadir Mousa running with heavy legs and strong heart, ended when he went in from 5 yards, then Internò made PAT. mystics tried to answer, but Bracciano defense was saying “nyet” many times. Bracciano Lakers again marched with Mousa hammering and Lyba throwing, and Garry Denning caught 5-yard touchdown. PAT also good. At this point YashinDome crowd was making noise like tractor race in tunnel.
Fourth quarter was big defensive stealing festival. mystics drove close, but Kawashima threw near goal line and Cliffton Warburton intercepted, then returned 50 yards. Later mystics tried again from deep, but Mattia Puggioni jumped route and made interception with 14-yard return. Bracciano Lakers turned that present into Kadir Mousa 2-yard touchdown, with Internò PAT good. Near end, mystics still tried to throw brave, but Warburton again stole ball near goal line and ran 48 yards, like he wanted souvenir from every mystics drive.
So, yes, Bracciano Lakers was not just lucky fish. They run hard with Kadir Mousa, Lyba survived bad throws and still made big completions, Denning and La Rosa caught important balls, and defense made Kawashima suffer many sad postcards. mystics had moments, especially Morrell, Miranda, and early pressure from Usher, Webster, and friends, but turnovers was big bear in room. Final score: mystics 14 - Bracciano Lakers 31.
