I saw this idea long time ago in another non AF simulator that remained in the project stage .As you can read in the title the idea is simple ,once you got a 32 retiring LB whit 10 or more global player awards that was in your club from 16 YO maybe he will be a great coach or maybe he will be mediocre ,if the players is a 45-50 TW it may result in a 4.5-5 star con , a 50 int may help him evolve faster, it would be nice to have the option to get him signed as a coach

Should be add to nice thing to have list but there are much more important things to work at the moment for the game engine

I think i would only use such a feature, if there were some financial, training or in-game bonus. The player/coach taking 10-25% less than simular coaches, exactly what training or in-game bonus would be i cant emagine right now.

Those all team club legends who call it a day, don't you want to see them on the staff instead of some other random dude. If its easy to do then get it in asap. |
