Sign Coaching staff on contracts and not outright signing. this would save managers money when releasing unwanted staff.

I say why not but with min 3season contarct to 5 or 6.
That way people can't change coachs ever season without being fined |

That for other tread other time. P.S. I would vote for it, But many other have killed such thread very quickly |

Again, you are struggling to see the difference between derailing and related topics. You must have completely missed the point of my first 3 sentences that basically point out that contracts for coaches vs the present setup makes virtually no difference as far as I can see. |
