i say no to this. Untill some training progresstion is allowed base on the injury. In real life a player hurts his foot. He trains his upperbody.(STR) If a player hurts his back. He watch game film and improve mental (POS,VIS) If a player hurts his arm he trains his lower body (SPD,AGL) Player simple dont stop training when your talking about NFL or collage players. (BUT of course the work eithec of a player goes along way as well) I like this idea a lot. A lot of players in varying sports have used injuries as an advantage. How about a player can only train from a few randomly selected skills when injured, these can be grouped if desired (i.e. a player can't train blocking if he can't train strength). This can then be combined with the PC loss suggested above. Allow PC to always be trained but this should be at a level to mitigate rather than negate the PC penalty from being injured. Of course this suggestion is dependent on the amount of work it would take to implement it. It would be cool to have but I don't think any of the suggestions in this thread are top priority. |

I would like to see to slow down trainig progress or stop it entirely for injured players during the duration of the violation and the nature and scope. @andrew2scott2 ![]() |

In real life, if a player is injured for a couple of weeks they do not have a permanent drop in their skills for the rest of their career. Its extremely annoying when this happens in RZA. My suggestion was not to reduce skills during injuries. I suggested to reduce the PC% during injuries = Lower Stamina after injuries. Everyone who does sport knows that you get faster fatigue after rehab. Injuries slow down also the longterm progession. Do you want to contradict, that a torn ACL has no influence on the players skill development? Its a computer game. From a game perspectives, there's nothing fun or enjoyable about seeing your player have a permanent drop of skills by 2 points. Its just irritating. Especially if its from a random event you don't control. Having players retire every now and again after a season or so would be realistic but would be crap for the game. Making things more realistic for the sake of making them realistic <> good. |

But they do not do any contact drills. Some time they be advise to do low impact work out as well. Untill cleared to play .Which may be days or weeks after the concussion happened. So many variables and so much more to add before this became important to the game.
