Revis/Browner looks like a good CB-duo (on paper). OK Browner is suspended for the first games.

LaFell seem to be an upgrade at the thin WR-position.

I think too that Revis and Browner could be a good physical duo. and Revis is an upgrade of Talib I think.

The Patriots need the help on the big outside receiver. Thompkins was good in the offseason but had his drop and route problems during the regular season.

The connection between Dobson and Brady wasn't the best too. And Boyce never really played. But this could take away the pressure on the young guys shoulders.

And Patriots like it to have many WRs in the summer who will compete.

The biggest needs are now still Strong Safety after cutting Gregory and the DLine.

TE will be definitely be the position for the draft I think.

In the DLine you need depth at all positions. Especially at DE. Cause Jones and Ninkovich played 95% of the snaps last season. That is too much. And nobody knows whats gonna happen with big Vince.

Wow ... this thread got a bit dusty since Nogard left.

Some surprising final roster cuts by the Patriots, namely Jonas Gray who'd looked pretty good in camp. Also, recent FA signing Reggie Wayne, leaving them fairly thin at WR with just four until LaFell returns from the PUP list.

What surprised me was the 500k signing bonus Wayne received for 1.5 week work!!
