Sea Devil's 1.1 has a bunch of stacked divisions really. NC South clearly takes the cake this season though. Other stacked divisions: NC West, AC East. Wow, so many good NC teams this season... AC looks much more balanced.

i am looking forward, who will win the NC East this season. My Team is to expensive and so a bunch of player should join other teams. Hopefully not teams from the NC East.
