I may well be blind an/or careless (I swear, I've tried to find that formula in both places because I was sure I had seen it before - and haven't found it ).
I also may be glad my addiction to calling numbers that can be divided by 10 without rest - round, once again turned out to be only an unfortunate consequence of having 10 fingers by most of humans (as if there weren't better choices than 10). Nothing round in 200, and I am glad Radu has shown it decisively. But the only thing I am really certain of - it's good to have Jack6 around

Thanks! No problem. We are always here to help when anybody need it. We always learn new things and try to better ourselves in the game. I also found the formula after speaking to Jack multiple times, because i saw he had the coaches set up to train more on the YA side and also in my first stint in the RZA i tried the same things then with the YA players. Only now, the players do develop a lot faster and if you catch a 16 year old and have patience with him until his 21, he will be so much better than a draft pick and if you put extra points in him, then you can have a starter at 21 years old. |

The formular is under coaches, but you have to read carefully and think smart.

I did the math. Surprise, surprise! Perfectly in agreement with what I get (174-181 theoretical spread, typically I get 176)
EDIT: To practice, I try to calculate the absolute max, which the original question ( @huskertarr's ) was: trainingpoints=( ( youthacademy level + 1 ) * 5 ) + (HC CP / 2) * (1,1)^(#amount of ACs) youthacaemy level = 7 (with premium) HC CP = 100 (not sure if it's not 99, actually) amount of AC's = 10 (not 100% sure there are no 50 CP AC's, but pretty sure the min is 51, so the max AC's is 10) exp ***** = 50 => multiplier = 1.050 con * = 5 => multiplier 1.1 (that's the maximum for that con) ETP max = ( (7+1)*5 + ((100/2)*1.05*1.1) ) * 1.1^10 = (40+57.75)*2.594 = 253.54 A bit higher than 200, I guess

There are a few upsets there that perhaps will count a lot.
1. HC with 100 CP (huge salary) 2. 9 AC with low CP (taking 51 for all 9) and 1 AC with high CP (max 91) means the following - AC with 91 CP (another huge salary) - The senior teams training progress will be very hard almost equal as having no coach for all the positions, except for that 91 AC position. The great news - Level max of extra points in the YA (254), after how many seasons, after you find that perfect 4.5*-5* CONS HC, because EXP will get to 5* in time. - Great training progress for YA players in physical skills (perhaps 1.0-1.4) and non-physical skills for that AC (perhaps 0.9-1.1), all of them of course depending on players TW and facilities active. |
