Excuse me again,
I've only been playing for three seasons but from what I've observed, there are never any noteworthy QBs on the draft list. Too slow or not very intelligent...not too interesting anyway.
Instead I found interesting prospects in almost all the other roles.
Is it my impression or is finding interesting QBs actually very difficult?

It's important to have a good (high talent), speedy and inteligent QB and yes, sometimes they are hard to find with that exact qualities.
It also depends on your level of demand. You can draft a QB with 38 speed, 50 INT and 5* talent and you can be lucky and he's speed cap may be 50 or you can be unlucky and his cap may be 42. But if he has speed at 42, it doesn't mean that he sucks, it means that the posibility for him to get sacked in a game will be higher.

If you look at Jack6's training post here then you will see the ratings that he gives the different traits. For me the most critical at draft are those that can't change, INT and TW, with the others being important but a bit less so. You can train passing and vision but you can't train INT so the QB will pass it beautifully to the defence

That said, I found only 1 good QB this last draft compared to those that I already have on the team. I picked them up though which pleases me.

Speed and agility should be more important if you have a poor offensive line or you like passing with no TE or FB in the formation so there is no one to block a defender that gets through the line or a blitzer.
