Just, you are not affected by them. Technically, I still need the relegation spot |

So the "2nd level" is still "alive"? I thought that after closing league's D2 it was gone as no teams are being relegated nor promoted (from lower levels).

Yes, it is still alive. We just do not execute any relegation, until we might need it again. I can turn it on again with the press of a button, if ever needed.
