Neah. You don't need an excel sheet for players skills, just check every player after each training and change it.
You do need an excel sheet for Speed, Strength and Agility.

I have my Youth Academy on Excel and track changes weekly. I enjoy looking at it and I do find it very useful.

I also have a spreadsheet for my roster but review it less often.

alright... will certainly try to utilize a spreadsheet since I don't have one now...
