so i dont know how this would work but is there any way that a change to the coaching could be implemented to limit the types of coaches to just basic ones, such as offensive coordinator, defensive coordinator, and special teams coordinator, i feel that it would make the coaching more realistic by having 3 basic types that handle different sides of the team, that way there could be more money coming out of the game or at least the same amount, and you could still keep the coaching points but still limit it to the level of coach, and of course, the best coaches would be reserved for the highest income teams of course

true but at the same time makes for more of a balanced game more boring in my eyes now different managers have different amount, kind and quality of coaches depending what they want one thing i would change though is the effect of ACs on Youth Academy players. i'd say Youth Academy should just have some standard trainers (maybe kind like with scouts) instead of the same as the squad of the big guys but definetly do NOT reduce the amout of Coaching Positions |

I say add a OC and DC and keep postion coaches.
Where Postion coaches effect training and a bonus to player of there postion in games. And add either a way to seleted a postion couch as a OC or DC. with one effect durring a game. That a simple check between the away team OC vs the home team DC If it come up as a tie. The game goes on as noraml. If the OC win the D think the the play is a run but the play is a pass. If the DC wins the D know if it is a run or pass. |
