I have a few questions. If I choose to accept the offer, will the player then go back to being a regular player, or will he definitely retire next season? And does the offer expire? Or can you wait till rollover before accepting?

You should not in case you HR Dep...and at Season rollover all the "offers" are reset anyways, new offers might happen. So...no, you should not wait till rollover happened... |
