Ey all!

I am facing a dilemma now!

What do you guys think in trainning a specific attribute until X number, then move to the next attribute VS a Main Skill per Position trainning? Which one gives you better results?

I think the best is to Train all A-skills + eventually some B-Skills equally to your personal Level you like to cap because of wage reasons. Eventually having the B-Skill(s) Training a bit at the start and then later, when A-skills did reach your cap already catchig up, or start catching up at skill value a few numbers under your cap.

Training 1 A-skills to your cap or the Players cap and then move to the next is way to expensive from my Point of view.

So basically A skills first to X, then to Y, then to Z, then B skills, to save costs isn't it?

Example: Training a safty, assuming speed and strength are capped.
A-Skills are based on my guide matrix: TAC, AGI, VIS
B-Skill is: POS

You could train him in TAC first to personal cap or talent cap, then VIS, then AGI (with the limitation on the physical cap which is different to talent cap).
The result would be a fast wage increase, at least when VIS is trained, with TAC only training it depends on the levels of the other skills.
After that maybe POS training.

You could train him in TAC, AGI and VIS that way that you train TAC to 25, AGI to 25, VIS to 25, then TAC to 26, AGI to 26, VIS to 26.
Eventually you train POS from time to time to have that skill not too far away from the A-skills. Like 20 to 21, then after A-Skills hit maybe 2 more points of so another point on top. Or always 5 below.
That would result in a slower wage increase. Still, since only 3 skills are mainly effected it will rise in bigger steps from season to season.

You could train him in TAC, AGI, VIS and POS (and maybe even C-skills) equally, so TAC to 25, AGI to 25, VIS to 25, POS to 25, then TAC to 26, AGI to 26, VIS to 26 and POS to 26.
Since more skills are involved, this will increase wages the slowest from all of these methods.

But of course this results in different increase in performance.
First method will likely have big impact at the start, especially on lower level of play.
Second method is most common one and will train players for a prime in later years, while not being starters in the early years.
Third method will have slowest performance increase.

While I can see the point in all the cases, I feel that with the increase of the training speed in youngsters, it might be worth it to play a little bit more in the early years to make better players with lots of years to play...
