Hey, quick question, what determines the amount of training points given in the Youth Academy? I usually have a full Academy. Today I received 182 training points. That is most I have ever had. I usually run around 176 with a full Academy.
Thanks Huskertarr 🍻 |

"Coaches affect the Training Points in the Youth academy Your HC gives you a bonus on the Training points you could spread among your youngsters. trainingpoints=( ( youthacademy level + 1 ) * 5 ) + (HC CP / 2) No HC translates as HC CP = 0! For each AC you hire the training points will be raised by 10 percent and the result will be rounded up/down to the next whole number. Then the next AC adds 10% to that result and so on. Please notice: The factors out of consistency and experience are active for the Head coach. The value HC CP in the formula above is lowered/raised be these factors already." If you have the YA Academy at Premium, then only one thing counts and that is the HC's EXP & CON, depending on the random factor for that training, because it can influence the HC CP. |

One correction, I think - in the manual it says the premium gives 8-12 points _before_ AC's enter the formula.
EDIT: " And on top, the Extra-Trainingpoints will be a little bit higher as well (between 8 and 12 points before the ACs put their bonus on it!). " Last edited on 2023-09-13 07:23:49 by jpnwrt |

Good call. ![]() |

To give you the comparison - with HC 90/3.0/3.5 and AC's max - 4 and Premium - my regular ETP = 176.
When I had AC's max and slightly better HC (dont remember how much better exp,con combo but also circa 90), sometimes I got up to 182. But the average was only slightly better than 176. In short - your ETP seem quite close to the realistically possible (being a strong believer in "round" numbers, I'd guess 200 is the absolute max = impossible ![]() |

And you say 200 is possible max, in your case or overall? Last edited on 2023-09-13 08:05:31 by Radu91 |

200 in my post is just a pure speculation
![]() And yes, it's a speculation that it's a global absolute maximum for any player. Regarding AC's, you may be right. I've just interpreted the "AC bonus" as some multiplier to those 8-12. But you may be right. Last edited on 2023-09-13 08:51:06 by jpnwrt |

Now, you have seen past this limit. Usually i get 194-195 points, but this was my absolute max, until this point. I got over 200 in the past, but never 207. |

EDIT: " And on top, the Extra-Trainingpoints will be a little bit higher as well (between 8 and 12 points before the ACs put their bonus on it!). " I think the value range is just an indication, in the real math it just adds another level of YA to the base function and then the multipler kicks in. Overall the calculation is quite easy as written in the manual trainingpoints=( ( youthacademy level + 1 ) * 5 ) + (HC CP / 2) * (1,1)^(#amount of ACs) There are 7 levels of YA (which is unfortune not written in detail in the manual). Basic - 10.000 weekly 2 to 6 - 50.000 weekly each means max on that cost 260.000 weekly (which are my costs) plus premium - 500.000 weekly on top. Example from my stats for the formula above: YA-Level = 7 (I have premium) HC = 78 CP #ACs = 9 So I get with no extras (I will explain that later) 79 points as base. And then I get 2,357947691 as factor on my ACs, equals 186,2778676 as training points. Now comes the magic, the HC has a CON and a EXP value, which does CHANGE the CP value a bit, mine has 5* EXP and 3* CON. That means I get roughly 5% plus by EXP and between 95% and 105% of that by CON. That means on EVERY training the CP of my coach can range between roughly 78 (worst case CON) and 86 (best case CON), which means I get between 186 and 196 points per training. It's in the manual and in my blog. |
