I have acquired a new QB, relatively stronger than my previous no. 1, but after 6/7 games so far, his performance is terrible.

I usually use a single QB per game without substitution, but because of his low TC, I included him together with my previous QB in the games.

Here's a screenshot from his last 6 games going.

The only difference is that this new QB started with 10% TC and now is at 38%. His morale is 99%. Is TC making so big impact on performance, especially on being prone to interceptions?

There are situations, where the margin for error is bigger, and others, where the marhin is narrower. Interceptions especially on longer passes are out of the narrower category. Since TC is a basic factor, it can influence such narrow situations quite a lot. So yes, I could imagine the difference is based quite a bit on TC. But this is a guess.

The 5 factors that count the most in a QB are INT, TC, EXP, skill level and speed. The better he gets, the better he will play.
In my humble oppinion you will see huge difference if his TC is 100 (1st phase), if his EXP is at least 4* (2nd phase) and from 35 skill level up at passing and vision (3rd phase).
His intelligence must be high over 45 to make good decisions and speed helps to lower the chances of being sacked.
Also, the game engine will come into play and there will be games in which he will have 85% completions and games in which he will have 40% completions.

Can you increase TC by playing scrimmages?

I suppose also that some formations + passes are more prone to ints, than others, but in general, his interceptions were on normal ~10 yards passes 95% of the time, usually on first down.
Besides his interception count, the level of completion is not so bad compared to the other QB.

If you see the comparison, this is the difference. NewQB vs OldQB

INT
new 44.3
old 45.6

TC
new 38%
old 90%

EXP
new 3.5
old 3

speed
new 43
old 33

passing
new 32.6
old 29.8

vision (+ natural leader)
new 30.8
old 25.7

One major difference in negative against the new one is TC, and very minor is the INT. In all other aspects, he should be a much better player.

Not really.
The game engine is more important than the formations and your opponents level of defense.

Like i said. The better he gets, the better he will play, but the first step is the Team Chemistry and your new QB to get to that 100.

I understand that. My anecdotical experience is that his performance is much worse on the specific, that is causing interceptions than on general pass completion, getting sacked, or fumbling.

As the owner of team that sold him - He was one of two Draft players, { 3rd} He was stronger in early season games But then started a game when it was a bomb or an interception, not that he was bad, just a wrong call { stat- when sold was TD's 7 Int-7 }
