Well, shit, this happened in Season 54 in week 19, but still,
Congrats BoaTek on the biggest purchase in Jonah Shah last season and i bet Argos is really happy about his 2nd big time sell in the last 4 season. A new entry in the TOP100 Transfers. |

You just can't predict the market. I've seen better prospects go from 10 to 20 million. I've seen players that I would flat cut go for 5 million. I know, I know it is in the eye of the beholder.
Part of the drop in prices overall is the amount of quality players available is vastly higher than the early days and the fact that managing these high salaries makes it more challenging to spend. That being said, I only use the TM as a place to put guys up for sale just in case someone might buy them before I cut them or let them go in the offseason. You just can't use the TM as a way to make money anymore. |

Thanks Radu. Shah was a desperation move for me. I have tried to find a good starting QB to replace my current aging QB, who just turned 30 this season. Shah was the best thing I have seen in many seasons, so I was not about to let him slip by. I paid an awful high price for him, but I am good with it. I think Shah keeps my team competitive for many seasons to come.
Sometimes, you have to loosen the purse strings to get what you want (or need)! I was glad I had the cash to spend. |

Guys, please stop posting that you would add players to the transfer market, no matter what intention is behind it.
Cheers |

I was speaking what i considered regarding players on the TM and what could sell best. So don't know why you erased my post. Last edited on 2024-02-13 07:27:20 by Radu91 |

Oooo, hell, i know what you are saying. If i like a player i'm all in for him. Still, the competition is the one thing that makes a player get to a certain value like in your case. If nobody was searching at that moment, perhaps he wouldn't go so high. |

If I let it slip through - no matter of your personal intention - others might feel welcome to go a step further. Cannot do that ... |
