|
i paid for a year membership have had a membership for a while had to go away for a few months and my stuffs all gone how to i get my paid stuff back. i played regularly up untill i had no control over missing time now i lost everything even my points that i had been saving for events

Sorry to say, but those 28 days had passed and your team turn boot. |

thats rediculas i spent a bunch of money on points and stuff not that long ago
there should be something in place for paid members who serve and cant play |

If you ever leave for more than 28 days go to Front Office -> Settings and scroll down. Find "Block my Team from going to Bot ("computer controlled")", click Yes and your team won't go boot for the next 6 weeks. |

well i guess enjoy the game i wont play a game that steals your paid stuff i understand if the game is full removing inactive to make the team go but taking there account entirely is wrong points and all

I don't know if Pete can do anything here, except maybe increase the time frame in Settings and maybe making it longer. I'm speaking at a general level now, i don't know where you went or if you had phone coverage, but you can log in the game from the cellphone without any problems. I hope you will decide to stay and continue to play. Check the SeaDevils forum. |

Stop spreading false information . We have a botblock feature in place, and if this is not enough, you could have contacted me beforehand and I would have blocked yor team from going bot even longer. Many managers did that.
But of course it is much easier talking about me stealing money |
