No, I'm not going to say it, that's just TOO obvious. Fire is ho... No, too obvious too. We'll just say that Fire continues to perform well in the SC playoffs, going 4-3 last round, and now 3-1 today, meaning 3 of the last 8 teams standing are from Fire. Special shout-out to BoaTek's Norsemen, who held on to upset the Prarie Dogs. (I guess they were some Hot Dogs today!) Still a couple of the top dogs in the POs, so sitting on needles to see what matchups will unfold for the quarterfinals. (and a tip-o-the-hat to the Guardians for getting things handled in league and SC play) |

wow!
A couple of upsets in the quarterfinals leaving no top 10 teams in the SC POs! The Guardians executed brilliantly and executed the Mandalorians. The Blitz was in control for the first half, but then their quarterback went colorblind and started throwing the ball to either team indiscriminately. (Edit: Ok, it was a fun line, but looking back, there were only 2 interceptions, the other 2 turnovers were fumbles, so it's not all on the QB.) Mustangs v Norsemen was correctly chosen as match of the day as it ended up being the only one that stayed close til near the end. That was a fun hour of matchticker watching! What a season! I just can t believe it. Over the last seasons, we had so much quick eliminations, but this season, lady luck is clearly on our side.
I m going to enjoy watching at the last quarter final |
